Restoring a purchase

On a new iPhone, sign in with the Apple Account you bought with. In the app's Settings, tap Buy or turn on Notify me. On the screen that opens, tap Restore purchases.

Refunds

Only Apple can refund a purchase from the App Store. We can't issue refunds ourselves. To request one, sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple Account you bought with.

Notifications don't arrive

• Check that the iPhone's Settings app allows notifications for The Daily Neutrino.
• Check quiet hours in the app's Settings.
• When the 14-day trial ends, notifications and widgets require a one‑time purchase.
• Open the app now and then. iOS holds a limited number of scheduled notifications, and opening the app tops them up.
